Terms and Conditions for Seller

• "Seller": An individual or entity submitting a listing to your website.
• "Buyer": A user who views or interacts with the Seller’s listing.
• "Listing": Any content or item posted by the Seller (e.g., services, products, announcements).

By submitting a listing, Sellers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

• Ensure all listing content (titles, descriptions, images, etc.) is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading.
• You, the Seller, must own or have rights to all content uploaded and must not infringe on third-party rights.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations this includes your location in UAE.

• Listings containing prohibited content (such as illegal goods, hate speech, explicit material) are strictly forbidden.
• All listings must follow defined content guidelines (e.g., image format, description length, categories).
• Platform may monitor, review, or remove listings, whether or not labeled in the policy, at its sole discretion.

You reserve the right to update these T&C, with changes becoming effective upon publication. Sellers should periodically check for updates.

• Sellers may deactivate or remove their listings anytime.
• You reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of policy.
